Promoter & Referral Code Setup

Here, we’ll guide you through the promoter setup process, so you can easily understand how to add and manage promoters for your event.

Event Dashboard Access

To begin, go to your Dashboard and locate the event for which you want to add a promoter.

Access Promoter Options

  • Click on the three dots next to the event, then choose Promoter from the options that appear.
  • Click Add Promoter. This will open a form to input the promoter’s details.
  • Enter Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
  • Enter the percentage of Commission the promoter will earn for each ticket sold.
  • Please enter the maximum number of tickets the promoter can sell using their referral code in the Ticket Limit field.
  • Enter the Discount percentage that will apply to tickets purchased with the referral code.
  • Enter a unique Referral Code and click Check to confirm the referral code is available.
  • If the referral code is available, click the Add Promoter button to complete the process.
Sharing the Promoter Link After adding the promoter, you can share the promoter’s link:
  • Click on the three dots next to the promoter, and select Share Link.
  • The link will be copied to your clipboard, allowing you to share it via email, message, WhatsApp, or other methods.
Editing, Disabling, or Deleting a Promoter

You also have options to edit the promoter’s details, disable their account, or delete them entirely. Just click the three dots next to the promoter’s entry and choose the action you need.

This setup allows you to easily manage promoters, set their earning details, and provide them with a referral link for tracking sales and applying discounts for ticket buyers.
