When a guest purchases a ticket for your event, here’s how the process works step-by-step.

Paid Ticket Purchase Flow
Here’s the step-by-step flow for guests to purchase a Paid Ticket:
- On the Home page, click View All under the “Events Near You” section.
- Select the event you want to attend, and you will be redirected to the event details page.
- If the event is a Recurring Event, select the date you want to buy a ticket for.
- Scroll down and increase the number of tickets you want to purchase. If you have a discount code, enter it and click Apply.
- Click on Purchase, opening a payment pop-up.
- Enter your Email Address, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVC, and select your country.
- Click Pay Now to complete the purchase.
Once paid, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.
Free Ticket Purchase Flow
- On the Home Page, click View All in the “Events Near You” section.
- Select the event you want to attend, which will redirect you to the event details page.
- If the event is a Recurring Event, select the date you want to reserve a ticket for.
- Scroll down and increase the number of free tickets you want to reserve.
- Click on Purchase to reserve your tickets without any payment details required.
After reserving, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.
Donation Ticket Purchase Flow
Here’s how attendees can purchase a Donation Ticket:
- Click View All in the Events Near You section and select your event. You will be redirected to the event details page.
- Increase the number of tickets you want to purchase.
- Enter your donation:
- In case there is no base price, fill in any amount above zero dollars ($0).
- In case a base price exists, fill in an amount above the minimum.
- Click Purchase and enter your payment information (Email, Card Info, Country).
- Click Pay Now to confirm.
You will get a confirmation email with event details once you have paid.
