Setting Up Tickets
Select the ticket type (Paid, Free, or Donation) and fill in the required fields based on your selection. You can add paid, free & donation tickets, or all or any two ticket types for the event.
Let's create a Paid Ticket type for your Event!
- Select either General or VIP.
- Decide how many tickets you want to sell for this type.
- Set the ticket price in the Your Price field.
- Absorb the fee? Check the Absorb Fee box if you want to cover the ticketing fees yourself. Otherwise, the buyer will pay them.
- Choose the start and end dates for when tickets will be available for purchase.
- Select one of the five ticket theme options.
- Add a Ticket Description (optional).
- Click Add Ticket Type to finalize your settings.
And that's it! You've successfully created your paid ticket type.
Free Ticket Type:
- Select General or VIP for your free tickets.
- Decide how many free tickets you want to offer.
- Choose when you want to start and stop offering these free tickets.
- Select a theme from the 5 options.
- Add a Ticket Description (optional).
- Click Add Ticket Type to save your free ticket.
You've successfully created your free ticket type.
Donation Ticket Type:
- Choose Donation as the ticket type from the options (Free, Paid, Donation).
- Enter the Number of tickets available for donations.
- Set a Base Price (or leave it at zero for any donation amount).
- Choose Start and End Dates for ticket availability.
- Select a Ticket Theme from the five options.
- (Optional) Add a Ticket Description.
- Click Add Ticket Type to finalize settings.
You've successfully created your donation ticket type.
Ready to Launch? Once you've finished setting up all your event details and ticket options, click Publish Event to make your event live on Eventy.xyz.
