What happens when a guest wants to transfer their ticket? Here’s the step-by-step flow.

Transferring Tickets
Users can easily transfer tickets to another person directly from their Ticket Info page.
- From the left navigation panel, select the Tickets tab.
- Locate the ticket you wish to view. Clicking the ticket will take you to the Ticket Info Page.
- Click on Transfer Ticket. This option allows them to assign their ticket to another person.
- A pop-up form will prompt you to enter the Email Address of the person they want to transfer the ticket to.
- Select the Ticket you want to transfer. Click on Transfer Ticket.
- A Pop will appear asking "Are you sure you want to transfer this ticket?", click Yes.
- You will receive a verification mail to approve the transfer request. Click Review Request.
- This will redirect to a crossmint page asking "Approve this transfer request?". Click Approve.
- The ticket is then transferred to the recipient.
You will receive a confirmation of the transfer, ensuring that the recipient has been notified about their new ticket.
