This guide will help you learn how to use the Eventy Dashboard and take advantage of its features to manage events.
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your control center. It gives you a quick summary of your activities related to the event. Here’s what you can do:
Key Metrics
- Total Events:
- Displays the total number of events you’ve created.
- A quick way to track how many events you are managing.
- Ticket Sold:
This will display the total number of tickets sold for all your events.
Useful for monitoring overall ticket sales performance.
- Total Revenue:
- Reflects the total earnings from ticket sales.
- It helps you stay updated on your event revenue in real-time.

Event Table
Below the summary metrics is a table listing all your events. Here's what it includes:
- Event Name and ID: Identify your event with its name and a unique ID.
- Event Status: Quickly see if an event is Ongoing, Upcoming, or Completed.
- Event Date and Time: Keep track of when your event is scheduled.
- Tools to manage events:
- View: Check event details and performance.
- Edit: Update event information as needed.
- Add Promoters: Assign promoters to help market your event.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of an existing event for easy replication.

Event Table Filters
- All Events: Displays a comprehensive list of all your events, irrespective of their status.
- Current Events: Focuses on events that are currently active.
- Upcoming Events: List of Events that are scheduled for the future.
- Completed Events: Shows past events that have concluded.

Using the Dashboard Effectively:
