Problem with Ticket Creation

Incorrect Event Date or Time
  • Make sure the event start and end dates are not in the past.
  • Verify that the time zone settings are correct under the event's details section to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • If you are setting up a recurring event, confirm that the recurrence pattern and end date are properly configured.
Images Not Uploading
  • Check the image file size and format; only supported formats (JPEG, PNG) under the platform’s size limit will upload.
  • Refresh the page and try uploading again or clear your browser's cache if the issue persists.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection while uploading images.
Missing Event Details
  • Ensure all mandatory fields like event description, location, and category are filled in the event creation form.
