  1. How Do I Purchase Tickets?
    • Navigate to the "Events Near You" section on the Home Page and click View All.
    • Select the event you’re interested in, go to the ticket purchase section, and choose the number of tickets.
    • Click Purchase, fill in the required payment details, and confirm your transaction.
  2. How Do I Use a Discount Code?
    • During the ticket purchase process, enter the discount code in the designated box.
    • Click Apply to see the adjusted total before proceeding with the payment.
  3. Can I Transfer My Ticket to Someone Else?
    • Navigate to your Tickets section, select the ticket, and click Transfer.
    • Enter the recipient’s email address and confirm the transfer.
  4. What If I Don’t Receive a Confirmation Email?
    • Check your spam or junk folder first.
    • If you still can’t find the email, go to your Eventy account and verify your email address.
